In a letter to a client, James Magee promises to provide full information on the billing for the case. In fact he states in writing: ..."I offered that I would review the billings on the case at my earliest opportunity at the end of the next billing cycle (March 2006), and I did promise you an accounting of time and expense..." (Written March 29, 2006)

In at least one case, no such documentation EVER showed up.

This attorney takes deposits for promise of work, then doesn't seem to do the work promised.

James Magee is happy to take our money, and even promises to show an accounting, but when is it supposed to show up?.

James Magee was always rude and condescending. In 4 meetings, he never showed up on time once, and one time he took a woman back to his office that had just shown up even after I had been waiting over an hour to see him (past the scheduled appointment).
Our last appointment was the kicker, though, when he told me he didn't want to "...play the lawyer game today."
